Once your order is received, it will be processed within 1-3 working days. On average it should take between 3-7 days to arrive.
We will send your order to the delivery address you provide at the time you place your order. It is your responsibility to make sure you enter the correct delivery address. Therefore, unless we are able to recover an incorrectly addressed order, we will not be able to redeliver your order or issue a refund. Should incorrectly addressed order be recovered, you will be liable for redelivery cost.
We are not able to make any changes (including delivery address) once order is placed with us.
Delivery Cost for UK orders
Parcels up to 20kg will ship with Royal Mail Signed For 1st or 2nd class service. Delivery costs will be shown in your shopping cart before your purchase, with applicable options. All orders above 20kg will be assessed before accepted and we will email you a custom quote with applicable delivery costs.
Delivery Cost for International orders
International orders up to 2kg will ship with Royal Mail International Tracked service. Delivery costs will be shown in your shopping cart before your purchase, with applicable options. All orders above 2kg will be assessed before accepted and we will email you a custom quote with applicable delivery costs.
For International deliveries shipping charges do not include Import Taxes,
Customs Duties or any other Customs Fees. Any international orders may be subject to charges
for customs clearance which must be borne by the recipient. We always recommend
that you contact your local customs office to request the details on any import charges you may encounter, prior to placing the order with us.

Delayed or Lost Delivery
Please allow 14 working days for the delivery to arrive for UK. We will not consider the item as lost before that time has elapsed and will not be able to offer you the refund or resend the items (subject to availability). If your delivery does not arrive within that time, please email us at

We value our products, time and resources. We want costumers to receive our products in a perfect condition just the way we send them out for delivery. We advice all customers to please, check the parcel is not damaged at their arrival, and refuse delivery if it is damaged, with a note stating that. If you sign for a damaged parcel the ownership and responsibility is passed to you, and we lose ability to claim from delivery company.
